Return Policy

Main Phase Collectibles will return your purchase of non-consumable products within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be un-opened or damaged from the manufacturer. Open items may be eligible for return for store credit. Special order items or items exceeding $99 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

For all returns please reach out to us via the contact us page. Include your name, a valid email at which you can be contacted and the transaction ID number. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 to 48 hours (hopefully sooner). If the return is valid, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Any consumables such as food, media (software or items requiring a unique key or password), commissioned art pieces, stickers or clothing is not able to be returned.
